MEET THE CEO

Elder Renee Denise Laws is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and the Founder of Helping Others Win (H.O.W.) Ministry Inc.

​

The purpose for the inception of H.O.W. is to equip God’s people to win physically and spiritually in love through life applications, biblical teachings and the Spoken Word. The H.O.W. Ministry Inc offers a holistic approach to help heal the mind, body, soul and spirit of God’s people.

​

In 1997, Elder Renee answered the first call to salvation at Imani Christian Fellowship Church.

In 1999, she answered the call for Ministry. In 2000, she received her Biblical Education under Kingdom Worship Center.

​

In 2007, Elder Renee Laws was ordained under the Leadership on Kingdom Center Ministries, Inc. where her gifts of Intercession and of Helps flourished.

​

In 2008, Elder Renee with the guidance of the Holy Spirit began mentoring women around the world; helping them to excel to a greater level in God. In addition, she helped them to maximize their potential, know their self-worth, use their gifts and abilities to fulfill their purpose, and teach them how to be strategic in every area of their lives.

​

In 2015, Elder Renee opened her first transitional house in West Baltimore for women and children and in 2016, she opened her second transitional house in Northeast Baltimore.

​

In 2019, she received her certification in Bereavement Support from Roberta’s House.

​

Elder Renee walks in the wisdom and favor of God. She has the ability to operate in several capacities, which are great assets to the Kingdom of God. She is extremely passionate about promoting positive thinking and excellence into the lives of women.

​

Elder Renee firmly believes that spiritual and natural growth are vital ingredients needed to aspire women to pursue and conquer their dreams and to stand the test of times in order to make a difference in their lives.

​

Her commitment to do excellence has been recognized by many women around the world. Since she takes pleasure in the family structure, spending time with her daughters, Natasha and Nicole, is an important part of her life. Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11, which states, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord; plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” She is currently serving at New Covenant Life Ministry under the covering of Bishop Randolph Adams and Overseer Tanya M. Adams.
